Chapter 120 - Departure[]

Sawako rushes over to congratulate Shouta on getting his place at university. Shouta replies that he's going to find his own place to stay. Sawako does not yet know her results at this point, thus promises to keep Shouta informed. At Kitahoro High, Sawako and Kurumi hold hands to calm themselves down, as they look for their names on the board outside. They then go over to their homeroom teachers' offices to announce that they got accepted. As soon as they meet each other again, Pin appears before them and wishes both of them good luck. The news reaches the waiting Shouta, who is also pleased to see Kurumi again, and thus congratulates both of them. Despite the awkwardness, Kurumi accepts an invitation to dine out with them at Ryu's place. Though Chizuru isn't happy to see Kurumi again, she is nevertheless impressed that Kurumi passed. Kurumi also requests Ayane to come over, and once Ayane arrives, Kurumi asks for her and Chizuru's forgiveness over the rumors. They accept her apology, and welcome Kurumi to the celebrations.

While they have pizza, Sawako notices that Ryu is already preparing to move out over the weekend. Shouta says he found his place as well, which leaves Sawako and Kurumi concerned as they have yet to start looking. Kurumi also teases Shouta over potentially stealing Sawako from him while they study at the same uni together. This gives Ayane and Chizuru a sense of déjà vu. At the end of the celebration, Kurumi has some parting words for Shouta. She thanks him for the invitation, admitting that her only regret was not acting on her feelings earlier when she had the chance. She used to think Sawako took Shouta from her, but it was actually the opposite: Shouta gave Sawako to her. After she and Ayane leave, Shouta goes the way Sawako came again, just to spend time with her like last time. Finally, the days of goodbyes arrive. Ryu parts with Chizuru, who yells at him as he leaves in the car. Ayane tries to make her leave without telling anyone, but is tracked down at the station by Chizuru and Sawako who were told by Ayane's mother. Ayane's excuse involves her makeup, which ruin her face if she cries. But it happens anyway, so Sawako has some tearful words of her own to say. Ayane lights up once her train arrives, and smiles at Chizuru and Sawako while waving goodbye. Chizuru loses it and tries to chase after the train as it departs, but Sawako stops her.

Chapter 121 - New Life[]

The day of Sawako's move edges closer. After refusing help from her parents to pack up, Sawako receives a call from Shouta, who is moving away before Sawako does. He invites her over to his new place on the day he expects to fully move in. Once there, Sawako agrees to help Shouta unpack. She notices that he brought over several things from their time together, including her presents to him. Afterwards, they buy several other things for Shouta's new place, including a cup for Sawako that only she can use. After returning to Shouta's new home and having dinner, they watch a romance drama and eventually kiss each other again. By night, Shouta escorts Sawako back to the station for her journey home.

Chapter 122 - The Same Feeling[]

Sawako, having cried in Shouta's arms and not wanting to go home, is taken back to Shouta's new place, and Shouta informs Sawako's parents, who agree to let Sawako sleep over. The next day, Sawako and Shouta resume shopping but the former gets embarrassed having bought underwear for Shouta. They return to Shouta's place and Sawako has her shower first, followed by Shouta. But once it's time for them to sleep, Sawako cries, not wanting to let go of Shouta, and vowing to be with her love forever. Shouta wipes the tears off her face, and carries her to his bed by surprise. He kisses Sawako, and once she smiles, the two of them make love until they're asleep.

Chapter 123 - From Me to You[]

The day Sawako moves out finally arrives. At the station, she meets Chizuru, the only member of the established cast to stay behind after graduating from high school. Chizuru hugs Sawako, thanking her for the wonderful time they've had in school, and encouraging her to meet new friends at university. Just before they say goodbye, Chizuru wonders where Shouta is. Shouta arrives late, and Chizuru wonders what he was waiting for. When Shouta and Sawako blush, Chizuru snaps them out of it and leads them to their platform. She almost forgets what Ayane had asked her to do, so leaves for her train first. Once Chizuru leaves, Shouta and Sawako decide to kiss each other again, in front of other train passengers at the platform. Sawako's train then arrives. Shouta passes a letter that he wants Sawako to read later. Once the train is about to depart, Shouta calls Sawako by first name, and says, "I love you, no matter what". Sawako, overcome with emotion, calls Shouta by first name too, and responds, "Me too!"

On the train, Sawako reads the letter addressed to her. It was in response to her own letter to Shouta on his 18th birthday. The final picture is of Sawako and Shouta reuniting after an undetermined period of time, with the title quote (君に届け).

"Thanks to you, the series is complete! Thanks for your support this whole time. We did it! I remember when the series started, and no one thought it would reach 30 volumes. I remember drawing the one-shot of Kimi ni Todoke, and I never thought it would become a series. I've imposed upon a lot of people along the way, so I'm thankful to everyone who was involved. Thank you for taking care of me!"
