Extra Color Pages

Chapters were originally released in the Bessatsu Margaret shoujo magazine. The magazine would have a few select pages in color, and on multiple occasions Kimi ni Todoke was given the opportunity to create a color page (as can be seen in the gallery). On a few occasions, Kimi ni Todoke had an additional color page, and this extra page was usually story content.
